  1. I write a “Thought for the Day” for approx. 150 ladies and a few men who subscribe to my e-mail…
I have some frugal tips and will send you a writing, but as pastor’s wife am busy with church activities today and have a funeral tomorrow so it might be Tuesday morning!

    • Hey Joanne, we’re looking for two writers, but even if there’s other articles that people submit that I like, I email them for permission to put it up and pay them the same rate I would our writers. Also I haven’t written any of the money saving articles and our current writers don’t have access to the ones that are submitted. 🙂

    • Hey Vicki, I hope you understand we’re not some big corporation. I’m a full time college student that runs this site by myself, so that’s all I can afford right now. I do cover all paypal fees and give bonuses too. Also as the site continues to grow, I’ll be able to pay more.

Also yahoo pays $10 for longer articles 🙂

    • Lets see… less than an hour of work… more than minimum wage… work from home… more than other sites like ezine and assoiciated content pays… sounds pretty good to me! If that’s too low for you, don’t apply, duh!

  2. I think is great that your venturing out on your own, and creating a website that could really catch on!
The fact that you pay seeing as your a student, is pretty amazing!
I will try and apply, and hopefully you’ll remember the little peole when your website takes off!! Ha!!
    Good Luck!!

  3. I just found you a few minutes ago on Facebook. I hate that I didn’t find you before now, considering this writing offer ended yesterday. I do have a little writing experience. I worked in a government contract position once and I helped to rewrite the Training and Education Manual for the USCG. I’d be perfectly content sitting here at home, with my children, watching TV and make $8 for a few minutes of work. When I worked in my contract position, I drove 40 miles one way, spent nearly 11 hours a day away from home and made just barely double that, for a whole lot more work. WOW, it took me less than 3 minutes to write about a fourth of the required amount needed for an article. So, I guess if you break it down a little further, that would be about $32 an hour. Hmmm….I can’t say I would be insulted by that. 😉

Good luck and keep up the great work with your site!!!
