In honor of breast cancer awareness month, JCPenney is giving free haircuts and styles to breast cancer survivors all of October. Plus for the first 50,000 haircuts, they will donate $1.00 each to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. Just call or stop by your nearest JCPenney salon to make an appointment.
