Click here to visit the Sam’s club site and wait for the second slide. Then click “Get a Sample” and on the next page you’ll be able to fill out your shipping info. Currently a 9 digit Sam’s club number is required, but please let me know if that changes. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
