I have been trying to get a sample of this for almost a year but have never reached.the survey.,an error always occurs. I would really like to see if if I am allergic first.
I can’t seem to get the page for this to load. The survey address is in the address bar, but it’s just continually loading and eventually timing out. Repeatedly. 🙁
