  1. I am a trying to get healthy,buy eating good and leaving off all sugar and walking. I would love to learn more on healthy eating and to have one of their PEDOMETERS

  2. Ive been trying to diet and do the exercises that my body can handle. A pedometer would help so that I could have a clue as to how many steps I take throughout my day. Dr Oz, PLEASE help me help myself. I take 25 meds a day & losing weight woyld definatly lower that number. I.have faith. A pedometer and help are headed my way. Thank you in advance.

I’ve lost 38lbs on the New Atkins plan&my goal is 100lbs.Walking with my cane is STILL walking&I get on my Gazelle(TonyLittle)at least once a day,but I want to walk that1,000steps a day I hear is good for your heart&overall health.This would help me count them each day!Dr.Oz,you’re the best!Thanks for all u share with others!

  5. filled in all info..in great shape and would love a ped..please help me get one..and I got hit by a semi truckk so it is hard to work out but do 3 days a week, very modified now…would like to keep learning what I can do that is mild but bone building
