UPDATE: It looks like you can request a sample of anything under $5!
Click here to visit the US Diary site and click “Request A Sample.” (Next to the stars). Then choose a color and click “Add Sample.” Continue with checkout and fill out the form on the next page to request your free 2012 calender.

great! thanks for sharing let me request multiple items, as long as the cost was under $5…requested 4 planners $ some pens!
You can actually get 5 samples under 5.00 for free! I ordered mine!!! Pens, weekly calendars and monthly!
You can actually request up to THREE sample products, as long as they are under $5. You don’t even have to enter billing information!

No “Request sample link ” I used both Chrome and Explorer. Do you have to set up an account first?
