Just a reminder. JCPenney’s free haircuts for kids in August was such a hit that they’re doing it again in November. They confirmed in an email that kids (K-6) get free haircuts every Sunday at JCPenney. Just call or visit your nearest JCPenney Salon to make an appointment.
