I was able to request this again, so it looks like it has reset. Click here to visit the Walmart site and let it load. Then scroll down and under “Free Samples,” click “Get 4 Free Samples.” On the next page, just fill out the form to request your free samples. According to their site, this should come in about 4 weeks.
