Click here to visit the Neilmed facebook and like them. Then on the “Free Nasadock” tab, click “Click here to request your…” Fill out the form and then go through through their tutorial. After the tutorial, you can fill out your shipping info. You can then take their quiz, but I don’t think its necessary.
