  18. the site is terrible, just keeps flashing off and on, the company makes it impossible to submit your email or state,thanks nestle, so they make it impossible to get the free coupon

  19. Not worth it if you live in Cali. They’ll only offer you a coupon for $1.50 off a box of 8 cones.
