we have them, they just don’t have salons lol.
how old does the child have to be got a 2 and 3 yr old need a hair cut does this not work for younger children

YOU SHOULD JUST BE ABLE TO CALL YOUR LOCAL JCP, MOST LARGE MALLS HAVE THEM AS THE ANCHOR STORES(MEANING ONE YOU CAN GET TO FROM OUTSIDE MALL) LIKE SEARS AND MACYS.. I CALLED AND WAS TOLD ALL JCP WITH SALONS WERE DOING IT.
