The membership ID didn’t have an asterisk so I didn’t put in anything and it went througn just fine!! 🙂
I just tried it and you HAVE to enter a sam’s club membership number 🙁
You do not need to have a sams’s club membership to get the free sample…that field does not have an asterisk so it is not required information.
