3. make sure u fill out all of the form even the comment space lol it took me few times to get it all filled out. If you dont want to put your dr info just put NA in all the sections for the dr info. Mine is on its way thanks!!

6. I am so glad to see this, I had a netipot a few years ago and absolutely loved it. It’s so much better than taking a bunch of unnecessary pills.
