1. Keeps saying I already requested a sample. But never did.

2. I can’t find the special offers box …. website is being really weird!

   • It Is below the advertisement for the Sublime Mousse. It is in the bottom left corner “Special Offers & Savings”. Click that and on the next page the Free Sample is on the second row of items the one in the middle

3. like anna .. mine keeps telling me that i have already requested the maximum number of samples.. and have never requested any … just now registered for the site

4. Me too said sorry you have already received max # of samples but I have never received one & this is 1st time I have ever been on that site. Bummer! I really wanted to try that!

5. If you email them or call them they will rectify the situation. Try typing the link in on your own and not clicking on the link b/c sometimes the person that posts this it is linked to their IP address. Or create a new account and send it to the neighbor on the Left or right of you. that is what I do b/c my mailman notices the mistake and delivers it to my home.
