21. i got one this time as when it was offered before i had never heard of such a thing and wanted to do some research on it but then they ran out and i was bummed because i thought it looked like it would help. i can’t take cold and allergy meds because of my BP problems so have always had to just suffer ( and suffer a sore nose from blowing all the time!) ouch! got one this time and can’t wait to try it.
