Note: A 9 digit Sam’s Club number is needed
If you haven’t already ordered this and you’re a Sam’s club member click here to visit their site let it load. There should be two moving circles on the bottles. If you hover over one of them, you should get the “Get A Sample” option, click it and on the next page fill out the form to request your free sample. Then just do the same thing with the other circle. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
