In case you haven’t heard, after the success of their free haircuts for children program in August, JCPenney is now making it a permanent thing! Every Sunday, starting November 4th, kids from grade K-6 will be able to score a free haircut. Just call or visit your J.C. Penney Salon in advance to book an appointment. I’ll remind you guys about this as November gets closer.
