I used the code and it showed that it was applied on the order form but for free shipping only, my card was charged $8.99. Called customer service and was told the cash would be refunded to my account in 3-5 business days. I am sending NJOY an email about this to have a record for future reference. Check the order form carefully!

You shouldn’t have to enter any CC information. I didn’t and the order was completed.
