This one’s still available. If you call 800-994-9662 weekdays between 9am and 6pm you’ll be able to request a free Women’s Health 2012 calendar. Orders will start shipping in December. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

You have to call their number to order an English one. They only have the Spanish ones available online.
