   • Hey Karen there should be an image right above the send button that tells you what to enter

5. Wow – I had trouble also – thanks for saying it was case sensitive

6. Told I had already ordered sample (I hadn”t) and given e mail to correct the error. The e mail was undeliverable.

7. I’m also having trouble. Tried it upper case and lower case letters. Is it because I’m on line on my cell phone? That’s all I have.
