I tried several 11 digits for the membership code and none of mine worked. It stated my number was invalid.
i did the random 11 number thing and it would not accept it
It doesn’t matter what state you put in, as long as you put your correct zipcode the sample will be mailed to you. I live in Iowa and it doesn’t have Iowa as an option so I put a different state and I got the sample anyway!
Also, it worked for me when I used 9 numbers, not 11.

Hey Joann, to get started just click on the blue links under the pictures (see this photo as an example) for whatever freebies you want. It’ll take you to the company’s site where you could enter your shipping info to get freebies. After you submit it, you should get your freebie within a few weeks.
